What conditions can you treat virtually?

We can treat a wide range of non-emergency conditions including colds, flu, infections, allergies, rashes, UTIs, mental health concerns, chronic condition management, and more. If we determine your condition requires in-person care, we'll guide you to the appropriate level of care.

How quickly can I see a provider?

Most patients can see a provider within 15-30 minutes during our extended hours (6am-11pm daily). Outside these hours, we aim for same-day appointments. You can also schedule in advance for routine care.

Do you prescribe medications?

Yes, when medically appropriate our providers can prescribe medications (excluding controlled substances) and send them electronically to your preferred pharmacy. We follow all state and federal prescribing guidelines.

Is virtual care covered by insurance?

Most major insurance plans cover telehealth visits similarly to in-person visits. We accept most insurance plans and also offer affordable self-pay options. You can verify your insurance coverage when booking.
